Leading Through Personality

Applying MBTI® to Leadership and Team Effectiveness

Live Online Interactive Workshop

Understand how your personality preferences shape the way you communicate, make decisions, work with others and lead.

This interactive 4-hour online workshop uses the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) to help you understand those differences. You’ll complete the official MBTI® assessment before the workshop, discover your best-fit personality type and explore how different personality preferences show up in real workplace situations.

You’ll then learn how to use those insights to adapt your approach when communicating, collaborating and leading people who may think and work differently from you.

Workshop Format

This workshop is designed to be practical, clear and interactive.

Before the workshop, you’ll complete the official Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® assessment and receive your individual MBTI® report.

During the live session, you’ll explore the four MBTI® preference pairs and work through a guided process to identify your best-fit type. Through interactive exercises and breakout discussions, you’ll experience how different personality preferences show up in real workplace situations.

You’ll then explore how to use those insights to communicate, collaborate and lead more effectively across personality differences.

Please complete your MBTI® assessment before attending the workshop and join from a laptop or computer to participate fully in the interactive activities.
